I always prefer to see my frames leave the shop as complete bicycles, assembled and finished. Should you decide to build your bike with new components, Bishop Bikes offers a wide range of options. In addition to competitive prices, you'll have the added benefit of the insights we've gained during the fitting process. If you already own components, I'll be happy to incorporate them into the build.
I really feel that components are as important as the frame itself regarding fit, comfort, and performance. For this reason, I don't offer standard build kits. A bikes setup should vary depending on the rider.
I always stay current of the new innovations and technologies that are available to riders and builders, and I love to incorporate new products and ideas into my builds. However, having been a mechanic and rider for more than 20 years, I can also recommend classic products that are extremely reliable and durable—such as Phil Wood hubs and Chris King headsets.
